Responsibilities and job tasks included: Image manipulation. Product image conversion from print to web. Image archive management. Assisted in interface development of Image Management System (IMS). Art Direction for digital photography studio. Designed logos, graphics, and layouts for intranet sites and print ads. Developed animations and banners for JCPenney’s e-commerce site. Trained and managed on site freelance help. Trained all Catalog Advertising’s Art Directors and Layout Artists on digital imaging techniques using Photoshop. Created online seasonal promotions for the home page of www.jcpenney.com. Catalog Champion Pace Award. Led the Design Team in creating the design for www.jcpenney.com (published 1999-2000) JCPenney Corporate headquarters is located in Plano, TX. The Catalog Advertising Division/ Electronic Media department was responsible for publishing JCPenney’s online catalog content and advertising.
